Zhangyun (May) Ju is a junior majoring in Food Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis. She has gained hands-on experience in lab fundamentals, NMR spectroscopy, and data analysis by working with Dr. Carolyn Slupsky. With a love and passion for coffee sensory profiles, May joined Delarue lab to explore more in-depth sensory matters. She is incredibly passionate about linking sensory perspectives and chemical metabolites using the NMR method.
