This website provides information about the research participation requirement for sensory and consumer studies in our Lab.

Your participation is very important to us — faculty members, doctoral students, and undergraduate students — who depend on human participants to advance our research programs. You are contributing to science when you accept to be a human subject in our studies.

We are working on developing new methods to help to better understand consumers expectations and better address their needs for example from a nutritional point of view.
