Victoire came from France as a Visiting Scholar for 5 months. She was the one responsible for all the tortilla chips that can be found in the lab.

She worked on sensory properties and consumer perceptions of tortilla chips. As a background, she studied Food Engineering at AgroParisTech, France, and targeted to work in sensory analysis or consumer market insights in cosmetic industry. She really enjoyed her time in the Delarue lab where smile and happiness are the rule!
