Natcha Jirapakkul is an exchange fourth year student from Kasetsart University, Thailand, majoring in Food Science and Technology. She is passionate about applying sensory science to food product development in order to create products that meet consumer needs. From April to June 2023, She interned at a flavors company, Firmenich, Thailand. The experiences from this internship have inspired her to learn more about sensory evaluation, so she would love to gain more hands-on experience in sensory science from the Delarue's lab.
