Haiyong Chen (Jason) is a Senior undergraduate student in Food Science and Technology. As a food science student, he sees food as an essential and very important part of our daily lives. What attracts him most about the subject of food sensory is the ability to help improve the product experience and enhance the customer's consumption and tasting experience through the use of statistics and the psychology of food science, which provides a direction for his love of food and his desire to understand food on a deeper level.
