Bio

Gaëlle arrived in September 2021 as a Lab manager.
After her PhD in Food sensory science in France, she worked in Food Industry, in a Market Research institute and a Fragrance house during more than 15 years. Lately she joined several teams in institutional and educational context. She performs research and administrative duties including leading and assisting undergraduate and graduate students, establishing lab protocols and managing purchases. She manages sensory and consumer service for industries and researchers by offering technical and theoretical support to companies and researchers on the Campus. She supports the lab development by identifying potential partners and grants’ opportunities.
