Bio

Daniel is an undergraduate student in Food Science and Technology where he is pursuing a Bachelor of Science. Previously he gained three associates degrees at Folsom Lake Community College. Daniel has been the first student arriving in the laboratory in January 2021. His research is mainly concentrated on determining consumer expectations of energy bars, and relating those expectations to sensory properties and nutritional composition. From a general point he is interested in a better understanding link between context and consumer perception. He can drive variety of class 3 vehicles and is fork Lift certified.
