Bio
Chonnikarn (Bow) is a junior at UC Davis majoring in Food Science with a pursuit to work as a food researcher and developer in the future. She would love to gain hands-on experience in Delarue's Lab, learning about sensory and consumer research. Her interest in sensory science developed from her prior experiences working in Charoen Pokphand Food’s sensory lab, as well as her current internship at the Davis Sensory Institute. She would love to be able to apply her experiences and knowledge on sensory and consumer science to design and produce acceptable, quality, and safe food product innovations.
