Anna Quigley is a 4th-year undergraduate at the University of California, Davis who is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science. She has previously interned at Mattson: Innovation for the Food and Beverage Industry and assisted in the product development process from ideation to formulation. She is excited to learn about sensory analysis outside of the classroom and apply her skills and knowledge to consumer experiments and studies. In the future, she hopes to work in research and development and perfect her latte art skills in her free time.
