Linli Zhu is a junior majoring in Food Science and Technology at the University of California, Davis. She would like to try and cook foods from different cultures with her family and friends. She would love to share delicacies with people around her. That is how her interest in food science developed. She participated in the National Dairy New Product Development Competition with her friends and developed a product called MooScoop. She would love to have more hands-on experience in Food Science with lab members from Delarue lab in the future.
